Your Right to Delete Your Account

Estate Agent Power respects your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of your account at any time through the methods described below. This page fulfils our obligations under Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies regarding account deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Mobile App (Recommended)

Open the Estate Agent Power app and log in to your account
Go to Profile
Tap Security
Tap Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions
Confirm your password (if applicable) to complete deletion

Option 2 — Website

Log in at estateagentpower.com
Navigate to your Profile → Security
Click Delete Account and follow the prompts

Option 3 — Email Request

If you are unable to access your account, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

Before You Delete

Please note the following before requesting account deletion:

You cannot delete your account while you have an active property offer in progress. Please complete, cancel, or withdraw any ongoing offers first.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use the Platform again.
If you signed in with Google or Apple, you may also wish to revoke app access in your Google or Apple account settings.

What Happens to Your Data

When your account is deleted:

Your profile information, login credentials, and preferences are removed
Your saved favourites and notification settings are deleted
Property listings you created may be removed or anonymised
Messages and chat history associated with your account are deleted where technically feasible
You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Data We May Retain

In certain circumstances we may retain limited information after account deletion, including:

Transaction and payment records required for accounting, tax, or legal compliance
Records related to completed property deals or disputes
Information necessary to prevent fraud or enforce our terms
Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you

Any retained data is kept only for as long as legally required and is not used for marketing purposes.

Processing Time

Account deletion via the app or website is processed immediately upon confirmation, subject to the restrictions above. Email requests are processed within 30 days of identity verification.
